“Fillmore Cares Inc. is a non- profit charity that raises awareness and money to support the fight against breast cancer”. Every year we have a fundraiser called Pat’s Pink Party. It is a raffle night where people come together and buy tickets for chances to win amazing prizes. It is usually held at the El Caribe in Brooklyn, where over 400 people would come together to show support for those men and women fighting this horrible disease.
This year would have been our 14th Annual Pat’s Pink Party, but due to Covid 19, we were unable to have this event live. Our committee works all year long to gather beautiful prizes and donations for this exciting event. We didn’t want to let this year pass without having this event, so we decided to have the party virtually.
